T. Albert Potter, Elgin President New Head Illinois Mfgrs.
Elgin, Illinois-T. Albert Potter, president of the Elgin National Watch Company, was elected president of the Illinois Manufacturers Association at its 52nd annual meeting December 11 in Chicago. He had served as first vicepresident during 1945. He also is a member of the board of directors of the National Association of Manufacturers.
Fifth president of Elgin, Mr. Potter joined the watch company as its head in 1932. For the previous three years he has been vice-president in charge of purchasing for the Quaker Oats Company.
