Elgin Grade 384

Here is an example of the Elgin  grade 384, 12 size, 17 jewels, made about 1922.

The automatic photo enhancement feature of Google+ make the animations seen here on this site. It works by detecting a series of photos of the same subject, and putting them together as an animated GIF.

Now and then, rarely, it makes one of these showing some of the assembly process.
