Birthdays
Given an alignment of circumstances, I will be significantly dialing back on watch service and repair. I have actually been doing this for about the past year. This is a first public mention, and a more significant move in that I will be editing my web sites to make them less highlighted in watch repair searches.
My plan for now is to focus on returning watch owners, who are mostly collectors, or at least people that I have worked with in the past. These people have reached almost half the incoming work anyway. I also plan to try to be selective and avoid the long term projects in favor of simple jobs that I can complete in short time frames. I'll be phasing in these changes over the coming year.
There will be fewer posts of watch projects on the major outlets I use;

On the other hand, one of the things I want to spend time doing is getting online the years' worth of content I have including watch project content lost to Google+, historical content about American watches, images, technical data and more. I'll be posting new links to the above sites. Instagram is a poor fit for this since the mobile app does not make URLs "live", but pluspora does, as does Blogger;
Here on Blogger is where I will post much of the watch content, it should be awhile at least before Google kills Blogger, we can hope. However, I will be back-dating the watch project posts to their original timeframe (if only I had done that in the first place instead of believing Google about Google+). This means there usually won't be a "latest post" even as the new content grows.
