Elgintime Vintage Horological: Elgin Grade 344

Here's a great example of Elgin's grade 344 movement. It is a 12 size, 17 jewel, product, made about 1912.

This was one of those perfectly straight forward watch service jobs, with nothing special required. It's nice to have those now and then!
