Elgin Grade 313

This watch came in a "swing-out" case. The movement mounts in a ring that is itself hinged to the inside near the stem. The back is a solid piece, unlike the basic three piece cases. The front bezel just screws into place.

This movement is an Elgin National Watch Company, grade 313, 16 size, 15 jewels, made about 1910.
