Elgintime Vintage Horological: Elgin Grade 303

Elgin's 12 size grade 303 is one of the most common of Elgin pocketwatches, and rightfully so. It's a solid watch that didn't cost an arm and a leg. They made this 7 jewel movement for almost 40 years.

This is an especially nice one, made about 1922.
