We've just finished watching Netflix's Narcos. I felt like at the end of season two we were left hanging with a few critical loose ends. Oh sure, Escobar dies in the end and all that... But one especially key question was left completely unanswered. Specifically:
What kind of wristwatch is worn by DEA agent Javier Peña, skillfully portried by actor Pedro Pascal?
There are several shots in the series where we get a glimpse of the watch. It has a blue dial, and a bezel that is pretty clearly 1970-modern. But a major clue comes in one frame where we get a look at the clasp.
That narrows it down.
I think it's this one, Orient BEM5X003D... Whew, glad that's cleared up.
