These little booklets were created by The Elgin National Watch Company in the 'teens. They were sent out to retail jewelers, Elgin dealers, in conjunction with an ad campaign encouraging youngsters to visit Elgin dealers' shops and ask for their free copy.

The first example is from 1917. The second from 1918.
