Elgintime Vintage Horological: Clinton, COD Returned Unclaimed

This Clinton wristwatch was repaired in 1945, by my Grandfather, and mailed COD. It was returned to the shop unclaimed and unpaid. Interestingly, it was shipped in what looks like an original Elgin box.
