Elgintime Vintage Horological: One Large Swiss Watch

This watch movement does not have any sort of markings. It is likely Swiss though, and early to mid-1800s.

It is a 20 ligne key-wind movement in a very heavy silver hunting case marked "Lutz Brothers”.
