The 381 is a three-fingered bridge model, 16 size, with 17 jewels.
These are popular today because of their especially "old-timey" look. But the interesting thing is that this style was not contemporary at the time. This was what we today would call a "retro" style, back in the 19-teens. It was their idea of a 1890s-ish watch.
This one was made about 1912.
