Wagon Spring Clock

I. E. Moore, traveling representative of Swartchild & Co., submits the accompanying photo of a wagon spring clock which he ran across during his travels. The clock, owned by ]. T. Weeks of Prattville, Alabama, was made by Atkins, Whiting & Co., Bristol, Connecticut. It is a brass movement whose power is derived from the "wagon spring" at the base which is mounted in a fancy cast iron frame. One winding is sufficient to operate the clock for 30 days.
