This is an Illinois Watch Company product, 16 size, 19 jewels, lever-set, made about 1926.
It has a motor barrel with an interesting two-piece arbor. The inner spring end hooks onto a ring with a square center. The arbor part that attaches to the exposed ratchet wheel has a square body to fit inside this inner ring.
The main plate on this movement has an extra semi-circular cut-out around the fork side of the lower balance jewel. This allows visibility of the guard pin, and the roller from below. Handy!
