Waltham 1883 model

Here's a nice Waltham 18 size, 17 jewel, 1883 model, with a double sunk dial, in an open face case, 20 year gold filled.

Note the old-style English lever escapement. The pallet is arranged tangential to the escape wheel.

These are Braguet style hands, which are always a nice plus on American watches. There look great and are relatively unusual.
