Elgin Grade 395

Here's a later Elgin 12 size. It's a grade 495, 17 jewels, made about 1933.  

Even the exact original factory hands often have to be adjusted to fit a watch.  Standardized Elgin parts were good, but not that good.  This time both the new hour and minute hands had to be tightened.
